Business Support
• Conduct customer and product performance analyses.
• Support business model simulation and PLR/QFD reviews.
• Partner with Sales teams to drive profitable growth.

Financial Analysis
• Support MIP and MBR performance reviews.
• Analyze monthly results and explain key variances vs. budget/forecast/LY.
• Contribute to CAPEX, BAF, standard cost setting, forecasting, and budgeting.

Reporting & Process Optimization
• Lead initiatives for reporting automation and centralized data platforms.
• Facilitate management meetings and KPI tracking.
• Drive process improvement (e.g., product life cycle management, cross-functional alignment).

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with global and regional SBU teams, as well as Operations, Sales, and Finance, to ensure strategy execution.
