職務說明：
1. Accountable for financial planning and management of Server business group to help meet financial goals. Financial field including
- spending/cost saving and control, budgetary planning, P&L projection, rolling forecast planning, production/equipment investment evaluation, NRE management, manufacturing cost review and KPI evaluation.
2. Lead financial controller team to highlight business/operation issues and provide suggestions for business growth and improvement.
3. Lead the team to develop more systematic way on financial data analysis to enhance internal process/efficiency.
4. Develop talents/organizational capability and maintain long-term team sustainability.
專長條件：
1.工作經歷:10年以上
2.學歷要求:大學以上
3.科系要求財稅金融相關、商業及管理學科類
4.語文條件
英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
5.擅長工具
Excel、PowerPoint、Word、SAP
6.其他條件
6.1. Fluent English in oral & writing
6.2. Excellent leadership capabilities especially on team management
6.3. Well communications and presentation skills
