QA Manager
職務說明：
Lead a dedicated team through the entire product lifecycle, from development to mass production (MP). This involves close collaboration with a cross-functional team—Electrical Engineering (EE), Firmware (FW), Project Management (PM), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Customer Service (CS), and the factory—to ensure the quality and reliability of BMS products. You will oversee development, serve as the technical liaison for new product requirements, addressing quality requirements and validation methodology inquiries promptly. Furthermore, you will lead the development of new testing platforms, aligning them with long-term strategic business goals and strengthening the competitiveness of the BMS product line.
Success in this role requires responsiveness, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
專長條件：
1. QA Director with 5-10 years of experience in data centers, networking, Backup Battery Units (BBUs), or outdoor consumer products.
2. Experience with QA measuring and testing equipment
3. Knowledge of safety requirements and compliance standards
4. QA process and quality system development
5. Capable to transfer the specification as the QA test plan
6. Field quality management to improve the QA testing coverage
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial for quality review with customers
8. Team and people management skills
9. Skillful in DFMEA, PFMEA.
10.Technical analysis capability of writing FACA report in 8D or 5C format.
11.Familiar with product reliability test and prediction methods.
