職務說明：
1. Familiar with mechanical and program & electrical controls.
2. Conduct equipment & facility downtime analysis and improvement projects.
3. Build up maintenance & spare part plan and system of equipment and facility.
4. Conduct equipment & facility upgrade and relevant saving projects (such as energy & water).
5. Conduct manufacturing technology improvement projects.
6. Conduct new equipment introduction and production equipment upgrade include design, criteria and acceptance standard identification & equipment qualification.
7. Conduct Industrial 4.0 fundamental construction.
8. Conduct continuous improvement (CI) projects with Lean manufacturing concept.
9. Assist production EHS project implement.
10. Assist global other sites with engineering and manufacturing technology.
專長條件：
1. 經歷: 2~3年以上設備維修經驗(壓出機/模具/模頭/輪對輪)
2. 學歷: 大學或以上，碩士尤佳
3. 科系: 電控/機械/電機
4. 英文流利(口說必備)
