派駐日本會計主管
職務說明:
1. Responsible for daily operations of accounting functions, including bookkeeping, via personal attendance of accounting matters and directs, trains, monitors accounting and administration staff's performance of duties.
2. Prepares and manages the monthly financial close. Prepares accurate and timely financial reports and performs analysis of monthly results, capital investments, customer and product profitability, new product introductions, cost centers, budgets and forecasts, contracts/agreements, and business decision support
3. Develops, recommends and implements efficient and effective accounting, finance and business operational procedures and internal control system to ensure conformity of requirements, company policies and achievement of company's goals and objectives.
4. Monitors and analyzes monthly operating results against budget. Monitors & controls the cash in/out to avoid the cash flow shortage and well budget control..
5. Collaborates financial audits, annul tax filing and provide recommendations to the company for procedural improvements.
6. Assist and review contract, agreement, marketing activities and all aspect of the business operation
7. Plans, directs, and manages the HR function. Including hiring process and employment contract renew.
8. Any other tasks/assignments.
專長條件:
1. 具備3年以上會計師事務所/製造業財會工作經驗,網通產業經驗尤佳。
2. 3年以上相關工作經驗
3. 大學以上,會計相關,英、日文中等
