1. 3+ years of experience as a BIOS/ firmware engineer
2. Bachelor degree in engineering, electrical/ electronic engineering or mathematics and computer science related
3. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
4. Proven problem solving, planning and organizational skills
5. Strong interpersonal communication skills
6. Positive attitude, proactive mentality, responsive and strong work ethic
