QA Director
職務說明：
1. Lead global QA teams for product quality
2. Lead customer sercive team and FAE for field failure analysis and RMA
3. Conduct continous improvement plan acorss global factory sites.
4. Assess, audit, and drive suppliers to ensure stable quality
5. Define DQA testing roadmap and test items
6. Work together with RD team for DFx.
專長條件：
1. QA Director with 5-10 years of experience in data centers, networking, Backup Battery Units (BBUs), or outdoor consumer products.
2. Experience with QA measuring and testing equipment
3. Knowledge of safety requirements and compliance standards
4. QA process and quality system development
5. Capable to transfer the specification as the QA test plan
6. Field quality assurance
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
8. Quality team management skills
9. Skillful in DFMEA, PFMEA.
10.Technical analysis capability of writing FACA report in 8D or 5C format.
11.Familiar with product reliability test and prediction methods.
12.More than 5 years customer service and field analysis experience
