職務說明：
1.Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives and drive revenue growth across all subsidiaries.
2.Subsidiary Sales Support: Provide guidance and support to the sales teams in all subsidiaries, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to achieve their sales targets.
3.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
4.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
5.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
6.Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales teams in the subsidiaries.
7.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving sales goals.
8.Sales Reporting: Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.

1.大學以上,英文精通
2.Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in a regional or global capacity.
