1. 5年以上相關產業工作經驗
2. 具備C/C++語言程式設計能力
3. 具備TCP/IP網路知識
4. 熟悉Linux作業系統，具嵌入式系統開發實作經驗與開源(Open Source)模組移植經驗尤佳
5. 瞭解3GPP網路通訊協定者, 5G base station about layer 2/3 protocol或是O-RAN 相關協定尤佳
