QBU Sr. AMBD Manager
職務說明:
1.Account Ownership & Customer Engagement
* Responsible for overall business performance and relationship management.
* Develop and maintain multi-level stakeholder relationships across procurement, engineering, operations, and program management
* Build and continuously update customer organization mapping and influence network.
* Drive regular customer engagement with clear objectives and outcomes
2.Business Visibility & Forecast Management
* Establish full visibility of account business, including:
◼ Revenue breakdown by product / program
◼ Shipment and demand trends
* Deliver accurate forecasting (within ±15%) and pipeline tracking
* Lead internal and external Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
3.New Business Development & Pipeline Growth
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across product lines and programs
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline (≥2–3x of target revenue)
* Drive early engagement in design-in / RFQ / NPI opportunities
* Develop win strategies for key opportunities
4.Strategic Account Planning
* Develop and execute account strategy aligned with customer roadmap and company capabilities
* Anticipate customer needs and proactively position solutions
* Expand account penetration into new programs, platforms, or business units
5.Cross-functional Leadership
* Lead internal alignment across BU, R&D, Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain
* Drive issue resolution and ensure timely response to customer requirements
* Act as the internal advocate for customer needs while maintaining commercial discipline
6.Business Sustainability & Growth
* Reduce dependency on legacy products and drive new product revenue contribution
* Ensure long-term business continuity through diversified product and program engagement
* Monitor competitive landscape and identify positioning opportunities
專長條件:
1. 10+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development
2. Proven experience managing Apple account or similar Tier-1 global customers
3. Strong background in EMS, ODM, or electronics manufacturing ecosystem
4. Demonstrated track record of driving new business and managing complex accounts
