1. Report timely sales activities, project status, market situation, etc.
2. Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and new resources.
3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to ensure alignment with the company’s global objectives and potential market and applicaiton.
4. Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities within the semiconductor and optical industry sectors.
5. Create long-term business development strategies, ensuring the sustainment and growth of market share within the region.
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.
7. Maintain a deep understanding of the Taiwanese semiconductor and optical industry, including market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.
8. Provide market insights and feedback to global teams to support the adaptation of strategies and products to local market conditions.

專長條件：
1. 擁有10年以上IR、Sensing領域的業務或BD經驗
2. 熟悉光電產業或紅外感測相關產品者佳
3. 必須配合出差
4. 具備英文談判協調能力
5. 溝通協調能力佳
6. 熟悉使用Microsoft excel, ppt
