職務說明：
• Quality System Operation and Maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system.

• Product Inspection and Standard Formulation: Formulate detailed and compliant product acceptance criteria by reviewing design specifications, and establish perfect inspection standards and processes for raw materials, semi finished products and finished products.

• Quality Problem Analysis and Handling: Take the lead in analyzing various quality abnormalities and defects in the production process. Assist production/quality departments in test yield improvement.

• New Project Quality Control: Participate in the quality risk assessment of new product, new process, new equipment and new material introduction, and formulate corresponding quality control plans and inspection standards.

• Customer Complaint Handling: Cooperate with the sales department to handle customer quality complaints, conduct in-depth analysis of returned products, coordinate relevant departments to formulate improvement plans and track the implementation effect.
