急- Server ME Director
職務說明：
1.Work with MFG team to complete a project in a certain timeframe (MP/NPI)
2.Ensure all equipment operates as expected, monitor equipment performance, and achieve MFG OEE
3.Assist new equipment and automation to be introduced into production.
4.Preventive maintenance and overhaul, formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
5.Equipment upgrades and modifications, evaluate equipment performance
6.Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals
7.Prepare and manage equipment maintenance and repair budgets
8.Analyze maintenance and repair costs to save costs and improve efficiency
9.Safety and compliance, ensure that equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents.
10.Train cadres, complete talent cultivation, and accelerate production line management
11.Cross-functional teams to address specific aspects of manufacturing, ensuring collaboration and synergy across different functions.
12.Regularly review and update the organizational KPI (QCDST)
13.MFG 7 wastes (slow moving / block inventory) Scrap management and Improvement plan.
專長條件：
1.Bachelor's degree plus.
2.Good English oral and written communication skills.
3.Experience in Server manufacturing and equipment standard operating procedures
4.Minimum of 5 years of related SMT/PCA experience
5.Willing to work hard with dedication and able to work under pressure.
6.Strong technical knowledge of Server production equipment. (Pana, Fuji, WS, Automation)
7.Analytical and problem-solving skills
8.Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
9.Candidate must be willing to dig into the numbers, take leadership on equipment performance and ownership of processes.
10.Co-working with MFG, MPE,TE, SCM and PM on MFG solution study/define, cross-function related issues
11.Team-work personality is essential and required.
