職務說明：
1.Lead and manage the information security teams in Taiwan to align with the company’s global cybersecurity strategy Lead and manage the information security teams in Taiwan to align with the company’s global cybersecurity strategy.
2.Collaborate with global cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application development teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage across the organization.
3.Work with CISO to develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures to protect the company’s data, systems, and networks.
4.Ensure compliance with global and regional regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, local privacy laws).
5.Review WW Incident/Risk Management procedure and ensure they are workable.
6.Cybersecurity awareness program management
7.Cybersecurity Budget Planning and Vendor Management
8.WW cybersecurity tools consolidation
專長條件：
1.Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2.15 years of experience in IT, 8+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
3.Proven experience in leading and managing security teams and operations within a global organization
4.Strong knowledge of security frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
5.Expertise in cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, and endpoint protection.
6.Understanding of cloud security practices (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments.
7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8.Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams to achieve security objectives.
9.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
10.Certifications (Preferred):
o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
o Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
o Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
o GIAC certifications (e.g., GSEC, GCIA, GCIH)
11.Good in English, TOEIC 700+ (required)
