EC Marketing Manager
職務說明:
The EC Marketing Manager will focus on digital marketing strategies, campaign execution, and content-channel alignment to drive high-quality traffic and maximize conversion on the EC platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns to support traffic and conversion goals.
• Manage paid ads (Meta, Google, affiliate networks) and optimize based on ROAS & CAC.
• Collaborate with creative/content team for ad creatives, product pages, landing pages.
• Own customer journey optimization, SEO, retargeting, and A/B testing.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics.
• Develop affiliate/influencer programs to expand reach within budget.
• Coordinate with EC Head on promotions, pricing strategy, and inventory plans.
專長條件:
• 3–5+ years in digital marketing or EC marketing, preferably DTC or startup experience.
• Strong in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, SEO/SEM, Klaviyo/email funnels.
• Knows how to manage marketing budget and optimize CPC/CPA for efficiency.
• Experience with influencer/affiliate marketing and campaign tracking tools (UTM, Looker Studio).
• Understanding of webshop conversion UX (product detail page structure, checkout UX).
• Analytical thinker, agile executor, performance-focused.
• Fluent in English; other EU
