職務說明：

1. Warehouse operation management to ensure smooth daily operations in the warehouse, including receipt, storage, inventory, shipping, etc.
2. Monitor inventory levels to ensure inventory is accurate and meets demand
3. Warehouse personnel work efficiency and safety, ensure adequate human resources to handle warehouse need.
4. Evaluate and improve warehouse and kitting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
5. Implement and manage warehouse management system WMS to optimize inventory management.
6. Reporting and data Analysis
7. Monitor and report warehouse operation indicators such as inventory turnover rate, shipping accuracy, scrapping, and inventory counting
8. Implement policy management and achieve the company’s annual inventory goals

專長條件：

1. Proficient in inventory control methods, cycle counting and FIFO principles.
2. Strong knowledge of warehouse management system (SAP, WMS, ERP)
3. Familiarity with SMT/ PCA component, material manager handling and ESD / MSD / blasting / feeder kitting process control standard.
4. Minimum of 5 years of related PCA warehouse management experience.
