1. Develop rolling demand forecast by using appropriate methodology for the responsible BU and sales account.
2. Order&Shipment scheduling and strategic management (re-scheduling, prioritize, or re-allocation) in terms of material/ capacity constraint.
3. Coordinate with supply chain network (production/purchasing/warehousing&logistics) to ensure proper hand-off from planning to execution and end-to-end delivery. Strong organizational and prioritization skills that facilitate working well under pressure and multiple demands.
4. Collaborate with Sales/PM/Marketing/Customer Service to improve customer metric,resolve availability issues to enhance overall customer satisfaction, and optimize resource to support sales event operation.
5. Business operation process control and re-engineering for multi-business models, updating 3B report (Booking/Backlog/Billing) and data analysis to trace demand changes and provide issue/risk prediction for management team.
6. Collaborate with 3PL to manage day-to-day DC related activities from inbound/outbound/reverse logistics/VAS/exceptions management to meet customer expectation and exceed service levels.
7. Optimize worldwide inventory to ensure good trade-off between product availability,inventory turns to ensure financial inventory control compliance.
8. Thorough knowledge of national & international trade requirement to align customs/ trade function with business objectives.

1.電子產業從事 Global Logistics & SCM 10 年以上經驗，擔任部級主管 5 年以上經驗者
2.Project management skills, with capability of excellent communication,leading, and conflict management skills to manage cross functional teams in multiple geographies.
3.Good knowledge and skills in adopting technology and using software for statistical analysis,financial modeling,process&system enhancement.
4.Experience in sales forecast analysis and supply chain strategic planning.
5.Group’s global inventory management experience.
6.With APICS license or experience in overseas logistics center planning and introduction are preferred.
