3.Conduct compensation benchmarking studies (Mercer, WTW).
4.Develop compensation analytics and reporting (compa-ratio, range penetration, cost analysis).
5.Contribute to global payroll governance and cross-region coordination to ensure compliance and alignment.
6.Drive ESG-related compensation governance in line with corporate governance standards.
