職務說明：

1.Achieve business objective of profitable sales and growth of product line(s) and vertical market via the development and execution of strategies for product positioning, placement, pricing, marketing, and promotion.
2.Drive product sales within a matrix organization of sales (direct & indirect), marketing, application engineering, technical support, supply chain, service, and manufacturing.
3.Research; qualify new potential customers for KVM switches, professional audio video products, cables and all existing product lines offered by ATEN.
4.Develop long term relationships with potential customers as well as current customers.
5.Response for product specific sales quota including revenue forecasting.
6.Maintain and increase sales with current customers by introducing new SKU’s and products.
7.Acquire sales leads through trade show leads, cold calling, and other resources, qualifies new opportunities and closes business.
8.Follow through on vertical customer development and approval cycle to close sales.
9.Interface with customer’s Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing and Accounting departments.
10.Identify, develop, and enhance the appropriate channel(s) to market for each product line assigned.
11.Define and execute vertical market(s) strategy for related products.
12.Engage with marketing team to clearly position and promote product in the market.
13.Provide to the customer project management as required.
14.Provide manager with weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
15.Follow up on customer shipment status, RFQ’s, quotes, request for samples, catalogs and other customer requiremen
16.Attend internal product training and product management meetings.
17.Assist in pricing and contract negotiations with prospects and customers.
18.Provide service and support directly and indirectly through means such as skype, webinar, email, etc.

1 .Travel is required.
2. 必須西班牙語聽說讀寫流利。
3. 過去產業經驗及年資: 在墨西哥當地，負責銷售工業電腦產品 10 年以上經驗，擔任業務主管 5 年以上。
