Hardware R&D Head (Efficient Infrastructure)
職務說明：
1.Setup an RD team for REMS, C&I, Charging Location and Microgrid applications. Provide strategic direction in the field of smart grids, microgrids, distributed generation and energy storage, renewable energy, and grid intelligence
2.Lead technical projects from proposal stage through planning, design and delivery to project completion
3.Stay current on smart grid technologies and roadmaps. Work across smart grid disciplines to execute projects to develop smart grid technology roadmaps
4.Build strategic relationships with external customers and internal and external ecosystems to develop and implement technology and commercial strategies and translate them into solutions across various applications and markets
5.Create and/or modify business plans and financial models
專長條件：
1.Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred, in Electrical Engineering or a related engineer field
2.10 years’ experience in Smart Grid, UPS, Inverter related fields (research or industry)
3.A general understanding of electric distribution utility operations
4.Ability to create electric utility financial models designed to represent the performance of a financial asset, project, or other investment
5.A baseline knowledge of the solar, storage or EVSE industries and understand the ever-changing solar and energy storage policies and regulatory environment with a strong customer-oriented focus
6.A general understanding of the smart grid functions including but not limited to, long range plans, construction work plans, distributed energy resource system impact studies, protection/sectionalizing, arc flash, power factor correction, and system reliability
7.In depth knowledge of smart grid technology and familiarity with technology solutions in the market
8.Experience working on smart metering and smart grid projects
9.Extensive, proven experience working with projects in the power and utilities sector, including smart metering, demand side management, outage management systems and energy management systems
10.Strong written, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills
