R&D HW Manager (Green Energy system)
職務說明：
1.Design and maintain energy storage system management systems and energy management systems
2.Design bi-directional chargers and bi-directional inverter with rated power above 7.6kW
3.Maintain bill of materials and new product introductions
4.Components selection and evaluation
5.Circuit analysis and simulation
6.PCB layout, prototyping and field testing
7.Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication in English
8.Product Knowledge: Understanding customer needs, product specifications, and industrial regulations
9.Hardware Expertise: Experience with hardware specifications and circuit reviews
10.User-Centric Approach: Gathering user scenarios, customer feedback, and exploring new applications for existing products
11.Technical Support: Troubleshooting and resolving system-level issues
專長條件：
1.Bachelor, Master’s Degree or PhD in Power Electronics and Renewable Energy, or relevant areas
2.Familiar with new product development tools. (e.g., PADS, PSIM, MathCAD, LabVIEW, etc.)
3.Knowledge on power electronic engineering and dynamic control theory
4.Be familiar with I2C, SPI, CAN and UART, Modbus is a plus
5.10~15 years of Experience: In renewable energy (such as PV inverters or wind inverters) or energy storage systems (like UPS, ESS, BMS)
