職務說明：
* Work with executives and other in-house legal team members in a global semiconductor company.
* Supervise and lead the team in contract review, contract management, and contract negotiation for the Company’s and its relevant affiliates’ projects to minimize the risks.
* Supervise and conduct legal research on various issues and provide practical legal and commercial solutions to ensure successful operations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in various jurisdictions
* Responsible for all legal affairs and projects/tasks as assigned, including contracts, litigation/arbitration, compliance, employment related affairs, M&A, and IPR related affairs.
